Last Thursday night saw the second Tune in Tokyo event take place in downtown Los Angeles. To the uninitiated, Tune in Tokyo represents the LA area’s first regular night of all-Japanese popular music. With five different DJs all playing their own mixes of pop, rock, R&B, soul and dance music, there’s bound to be something to suit anyone’s taste. Who cares if you understand the lyrics or not?
We had so much fun at this event! Everyone’s costumes were amazing, and there was quite a bit of variety within the different genres that people were costuming from. We saw everything from powdered wigs to gothic lolita princesses! There was such an eclectic mix of fashion! The food was delicious and the drinks (mmm mimosas!) were very well mixed. The live band was also very entertaining and intense. My friends and I here at ProjectCosplay had a fabulous time and look forward to the next event. Be sure to check out all the pictures we took~! I think Diana’s doll was winking at me
Even the most seasoned fans of Japanese pop culture can always find something new to explore.This past weekend, thanks to collaboration with the Royal-T cafe, many were introduced to the Valley of the Dolls, the premier US retailer for Pullips, Blthye and Re-Ment dolls and figures.What are Pullips?I didn’t know either, until I trooped down to Royal-T on Sunday to investigate (and spin a few tunes as part of the Tune in Tokyo, DJ crew!).
Due to weather conditions, the event has been CANCELED. However, Join us for a Xmas Eggnog gathering at:

“so aside from Miyu being perfect, does she have any workout tips to
make us humble normal humans look nearly as gorgeous/fit as she does?

First off, thank you so much for the wonderful compliment! I really appreciate that! I assure you that I’m far from perfect, but I’d be happy to tell what I know about diet and exercise. :}
I got my figure to look the way it does the good old fashioned way: by working out a buttload and sticking to a healthy diet! I keep my physique intact by eating the right foods, counting calories, reading labels, and generally just being aware of what I put into my body. I also work out at least three times a week.
Hey everyone! Diana here to let you know that Episode one of BRAWL is up and ready for you to watch, discuss, and donate to. Have a look at the teaser shots and look for the different Project cosplay members in the video.
